I’m a Clinical Nurse Herbalist who combines evidence-informed healthcare with the wisdom of traditional herbalism and natural living. As a Registered Nurse, I help bridge the gap between modern clinical knowledge and time-honored wellness practices, offering guidance that is both practical and trustworthy.
I believe that health is nurtured through everyday choices—nourishing food, herbal remedies, meaningful connection, and intentional living. My work is centered on helping individuals and families care for themselves naturally while making informed decisions about their well-being.
I work with health-conscious, community-minded women and men who value slow food, clean ingredients, and holistic wellness. Many of the people I serve are navigating the demands of family life, caring for aging loved ones, managing hormonal changes, or seeking a more grounded and sustainable approach to health.
Known for my warm and straightforward communication style, I value strong, collaborative relationships and encourage questions along the way. Whether I’m teaching herbal traditions, sharing seasonal wellness practices, or offering personalized support, my goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and connected to your health journey.
I’m passionate about bringing together the best of both worlds—the clinical perspective of nursing and the rich traditions of herbal medicine—so you can find practical, evidence-informed ways to support your health and the well-being of those you care for.
My work began in clinical nursing, where I learned to pay attention—to the small details, the unspoken concerns, and the quiet shifts that often matter most.
Over time, that path led me back to something older and more rooted: the use of herbs, simple remedies, and the kind of care that begins at home.

I come from Appalachian roots, where much of what we needed was made, grown, or passed down. That influence still shapes the way I approach health today—practical, resourceful, and deeply attentive.
My practice now brings these worlds together:
clinical knowledge
traditional herbal care
and a belief that the body deserves both support and rest
My faith also guides my understanding of care. I believe the body is worth tending, not rushing. That healing is not always loud. And that presence—steady, patient presence—matters more than quick answers.
Whether I’m preparing remedies or sitting with someone in a consultation, my goal is the same:
To offer care that is thoughtful,
grounded, and honest.
Made with care, in small batches
